Chambers Extraction of Sand and Gravel, Ballyheather Road and Cloghcor Road, Ballymagorry

Proposed extraction of sand and gravel with restoration to agricultural use and habitat creation.  Associated works including access and landscaping, site office, wheel wash, weighbridge and settlement ponds. Including land previously approved for sand and gravel extraction (planning reference J/1998/0446).

Location: Lands adjacent to Ballyheather Road and Cloghcor Road, Lough Neas and Cloghcor Townlands (15m east of 22 Cloghcor Road and 10m west of 15 Cloghcor Road, BT82 0BE) with access (via Ballyheather Trout Fishery) to Ballyheather Road (existing entrance opposite 41 Ballyheather Road BT82 0LB), Ballymagorry, Strabane BT82 0LB.

 

W&J Chambers Limited will be lodging a planning application for the above development.  We would like to invite you to view the proposals on this website and give us your comments.  The purpose of this consultation is to share our design proposals for the site and listen to any comments, suggestions or concerns you may have in relation to the development.  We will use this feedback to further inform the preparation of our planning application.
